Art and culture come in many forms, which is why some events cannot be categorized in any one category. Nevertheless, they should not be missing from Würth's cultural program. Dancing, for example, combines music and acrobatics in an emotional way. Interesting series of talks help to gain a new perspective on things when prominent and important people give an insight into their lives and work. And the cabaret shows time and again that witty entertainment also works on a small scale.
Ballet matinee 2018 at the Carmen Würth Forum.
For many years, the matinees were accompanied by pedagogic dance performances from the students of Birgit Keil, the great dance icon who made the hearts of the enthusiastic ballet hearts at Würth beat faster. Professor Keil taught at the Dancing Academy at the State University for Music and Performing Arts in Mannheim which is one of the institutions in Germany which has the longest tradition for dancers. The roots of the Academy go back to the most brilliant time for ballet in Mannheim in the 18th Century, and talented dancers who are accepted nowadays are regarded as great hopes for the future of ballet.
However, other companies such as the Semperoper ballet company or the famous Palucca University of Dance Dresden which also includes classical dance as well as modern dance and improvisation also are guest artists in the Carmen Würth Forum.

In Treffpunkt Forum prominent guests from the fields of culture, economy, politics and media are interviewed by presenter and author Bernadette Schoog and offer insights into their individual fields or genre and also give their opinions on relevant current topics. While talking to her guests, Schoog has a talent for drawing out the personal side of her prominent guests, thus making the people behind the personality visible. Among the guests have been ex-chancellor Gerhard Schröder, President of the Bundestag Wolfgang Schäuble, the former chief executive of Daimler-Benz AG, Edzard Reuter, TV-police superintendent from the Tatort–series Richy Müller and actor Peter Lohmeyer.
Cabaret artist Sissi Perlinger performing at the Carmen Würth Forum in 2022.
They are versatile artists taken straight from life – and frequently with a critical look at the present mood in society – humorously and amply endowed with great creativity, who are only too happy to hold the mirror up to our close-knit cabaret audience. They show that Kultur at Würth can and may be anything, just not trivial and also not out of an ivory tower. The success story of the cabaret, variety and comedy at Würth began with Lisa Fitz in 1991 – and it has been effortlessly continued ever since with names like Dieter Hildebrandt, Gerhard Polt, Hagen Rether, Sissi Perlinger, Michael Krebs or Florian Schroeder.
