If an accompanying person is named on the disabled person's pass, he or she will receive free admission. Reservations can be made by telephone on +49 7940/15 6200 from the announced start of advance sales. The number of discounted tickets is limited. Group reservations are available for groups of 10 or more up to a maximum of 40 by emailing kultur@wuerth.com. A 10% discount will be granted. An offer will be made by the organizer upon request, which will become binding upon signature by both parties and will lead to invoicing. Return of all or part of an allotment is only possible under the following conditions: A cancellation fee of 30% of the ticket price will be charged for tickets returned before the start of the advance sale, and 50% after the start of the advance sale. Returned tickets must be returned to the event organizer. There is no entitlement to additional tickets beyond the booked contingent.
For family concerts, various discounts are available for children up to 14 years of age. Children up to the age of 6 may be carried on the lap and do not require their own ticket. Once a child requires a seat, a seat ticket must be purchased.
There is no right to return or exchange tickets and gift cards. The number of tickets and seat location cannot be changed or exchanged after purchase. Changes in the program and changes in the cast also do not justify the right to exchange or return tickets.
We reserve the right to postpone or cancel an event. Tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled date. Patrons have a right of choice in the event of postponement. They have the option of cancelling the contract and receiving a refund from the organizer or keeping the tickets for the postponed event. If the event is canceled, patrons have the option of withdrawing from the contract and reclaiming the ticket price from the event promoter.
Lost tickets will not be replaced.
The subscription is valid for one season, from September to August of the following year.
The subscription concerts are listed in the "Würth and the Arts" season program and on the Internet at www.KunstKultur.wuerth.com. The subscription includes a number of concert dates per season determined by the organizer; a discount determined by the organizer is granted on the total of the regular ticket prices. The Subscription is subject to the following terms and conditions, which Subscribers accept by signing the Subscription Agreement.
The Organizer reserves the right to change the number of events in individual subscriptions, subscription conditions and prices for the coming concert season.
Subscriptions are issued to natural persons and legal entities. The number of subscriptions per individual is limited to two.
The subscription price is determined by the selected concerts and the selected price category and includes the processing costs and the ticket price for the subscription.
Subscriptions may only be ordered by completing the order form and submitting it by email or post by the specified deadline. The number of concerts indicated must be taken into account. The order is considered an offer. The date of receipt is the date of the postmark or the date of receipt of the e-mail.
The Event Organizer shall inform the Customer whether the subscription application has been accepted at the latest prior to the first subscription concert; the contract shall come into effect with this confirmation. Subscription tickets, including the invoice for the upcoming season, will be mailed during the summer break, at the latest, however, one week prior to the first concert of the respective subscription series. The invoice is payable net within 10 days.
It is not possible to return a subscription during the season. It is also not possible to exchange or return individual dates.
We reserve the right to make changes to the program and line-up that do not give rise to a right to cancel the subscription or to demand the return or exchange of subscription tickets. Unattended subscription concerts are non-refundable and do not entitle the holder to attend other concerts as a substitute. In the event of a rescheduling or cancellation of a concert, an alternative concert may be selected (subject to availability) or a pro rata refund of the subscription price may be requested.
There are no discounts on the subscription price.
Subscriptions are valid for one season. Renewal must be requested in good time by e-mail or post, using the completed order form, by the specified deadline. The date of the postmark or the date of receipt of the e-mail will be considered as the date of receipt. Requests for seat changes will be considered on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability.
If a new subscription is not ordered in time, the subscription will expire and the seats will be reassigned.
The organizer reserves the right to terminate the subscription without notice if the subscriber violates the terms and conditions of the subscription in accordance with the terms and conditions. This also applies if the subscriber repeatedly disrupts or otherwise interferes with the performance of the concert event. In this case, the subscriber must immediately return the tickets for the outstanding concerts to the organizer. Once the tickets have been returned, the subscription amount will be refunded on a pro rata basis.
Subscribers may transfer their tickets for individual events to third parties. It is not possible to transfer the entire subscription to a third party or to change the holder.
Subscribers are obligated to notify the office immediately in writing of any changes to their personal information (address, e-mail address, etc.).
If a ticket is lost, a replacement ticket may be issued at the box office upon presentation of identification. In this case, the original ticket becomes invalid.
Additional tickets may be purchased (subject to availability) at the regular box office. No further subscription discounts can be granted on additional tickets. There is no entitlement to seats adjacent to the original seat.
Some free events require an admission ticket. Tickets can be ordered free of charge from the organizer from the date indicated in the "Würth and the Arts" season program. Please note the respective order procedure. The tickets will be sent by mail. If the event cannot take place, please return the tickets to the organizer or pass them on to another.
The public and commercial resale of tickets - whether individual or subscription tickets - is not permitted; the sale of free tickets is generally not permitted.
The house rules of the respective venue and museum apply to the events.
The making of sound, image, and video recordings of any kind during the event - including for private use - is strictly prohibited. Violators will be prosecuted.
Photography for personal use is permitted without flash and without the use of tripods or selfie sticks. However, please note that publication on the Internet or social media is not considered private use and may violate copyright laws.
Photography or filming for professional or commercial purposes requires prior written permission.
The organizer reserves the right to permit audio and video recordings or broadcasts of events in which visitors may also be depicted. The recordings will be used by the organizer for corporate communications and press work, in particular in print media, on the Internet and in social media. Visitors who do not wish to be recorded or do not consent to publication should inform the event organizer's staff (e.g. at the box office).
The personal order data will be used and stored in compliance with the data protection laws to the extent necessary for the initiation and execution of the contract. Visitors have the right to object to the collection, processing and use of personal data, to block disputed data, to delete unlawfully stored or no longer required data and to correct incorrect data.
If visitors have given their consent when registering, personal data will be used not only to process the order, but also for customer service purposes and to inform visitors about other cultural offers of the event organizer. Visitors may withdraw their consent at any time.
